 α1 + Sony FE 5.6-6.3/200-600 G OSS @ 600 mm, f/6.3, 1/1600 s, ISO 800 (+ fairly heavy cropping) Yes, more of an identification photo than anything else, but today these (at least two) have been training around Kouvola and most often I did hear just the engine noise, but eventually I managed to also see these. |

Today (oops, yesterday) was one of fairly rare days when due to high winds from northwest the incoming traffic to Helsinki Airport was guided to land on Runway 33 from southeast and that meant I could see from my home windows the planes approaching already quite low altitude. Or actually not always you could see the planes as the clouds were also hanging quite low. But I did manage to photograph few planes...
