I noticed the winged A on the bonnet, assumed it was an American or British make. Looked at the list of automobile manufacturers and noticed the winged A on the Austin automobiles wikipedia - after that it was easy to find the model.

I like this kind of searches So, thank you!

Our first family car was a second hand Austin A40, and I remember my dad telling me the winged A emblem on the bonnet actually read as an A-E standing for Austin of England. If you saw it from the right side.

those life-threatening protrusions looked nice though.
And the car seems small. How many in your family needed to be transported?

Anyway.
I know this one Addy. Do you?

Not a lot to go by. It is English (right hand drive) and the design seems to be from between 1945-1955. But I cannot find it. What is it?
