Joe,

I agree with Pieter! Something changed on flicker. As I have said, I have had the same problem with my photos. If anything changes for the address for the photo, the link on Dyxum will no longer be good. Easy to prove by copying the dyxum link and pasting it in a new window -- it won't work. I have had to redo many of my railroad photos for the same issue (and there are more that I need to fix). You have to go the the post on dyxum and as Pieter says, select edit post, delete the photo link, copy the link for the photo on flicker and paste that link where the photo should go on dyxum. Its a pain in the butt, but that is how you have to fix those missing photos.

In my case, either 1and1 (my host) or Wordpress (site software) has made changes to the site (maybe security or software updates) that have altered the links. They will look fine on the site as they do on your flicker site, but any change in photo links will cause problems at dyxum.

I know its frustrating, but its just the reality. If our photos were actually hosted here on dyxum, it would not be a problem.

Let us know if you have questions on how to fix those photo links

Btw, OT, but you may have heard, UP 4014 Big Boy hit a tree on Donner Pass and had to to stop for repairs to damaged cylinder cocks. Dale Angell posted a video about that on YouTube.

Thank you Pieter for your investigation. Seems to me the conclusion is: flickr is doing some sort of "time shift" on some photos of mine in the forum.

I'l get with flickr support and see what they say.
Thank you for your time ... Joseph

Well don't think Flicker is doing anything strange in the background and support will be of any help here Joseph.

The question to ask would be how is your methodology to upload images to your Flicker account?

Like Pieter already stated, it is obvious that the images got re-uploaded to your Flicker album which clearly says "Uploaded June 6" and not in April when you first posted them.
So better ask yourself what has triggered this new image upload. To me looks like you are using an automated flow (via LR!?) which got re-triggered unintentionally or even intentionally, but included some of those older files too which then got 'overwritten' resulting in those different links.

thank you Micholand,
I went and rechecked my methodology
I download my images into Apples Photos app where I store over 21,000 photos
Usually I edit them, discard the really bad ones and eventually upload some good ones to flikr time by time and thus wind up with different up load dates.

When I want to gather them together in photostream the only way I know how is giving them the same upload date because that is how photostream groups them. These photos I would guess have 2 different upload dates.
However I do all this before I download a photo into Dyxum. 🤷‍♂️

Thank you...Joseph
