The Icon Building by Jackson Clements Burrows Architects, immediately better know as the 'Lego Tower' in St.Kilda Junction, Melbourne. A stacked form 18 storeys high containing apartments and car parking below. The facade is expanded metal mesh of different colours that acts as sun protection as well creating an ever changing shimmering surface.

This is the Jersey City facade from my day 30 (Tamron 15-30).
As cars are still parked there I had to use a shorter focal length - Sigma 12-24 at 12mm. Only the unnecessary parking meter remained;) ![]() |
