I agree there has been a lull in activity here. Hopefully, with summer being here, we may see more action .

Haven't had much of a chance to contribute as of late, last weeks "birding" was all captive birds so felt that it didn't belong here. Had a chance to fix that today though.

There is a good number of birds around but can not find much out of the ordinary. Here are a few.

Juvenile Green Heron. He should be flying soon. Nest is inside the tree.

Pileated Woodpecker. Not satisfied with picture. 400mm prime and I could not back up more. Very shady. I like light.

Least Bittern. This one and the mate are building a nest in the same tree with the Green Heron. Makes for good viewing when he comes out.
