Picture was taken from the shoulder of the Florida Turnpike inside the guardrail. A bit far for a really good shot but the parent Bald Eagle seems proud of its 5 week old's progress.

After few weeks with no time for photography (and before few more weeks like than - a lot of work...), this morning I felt I need some relaxation time, so I went out birding. Lately I see on the local bird-watching groups a lot of beautiful photos of the Sinai rosefinch, and most of them are from an area between Beer Ora (where I live) and Eilat (where I work). I still don't have a photo of it, so I decided to go there!
I only managed to see one flying away from me - not enough time to point the camera. So I still don't have the photo I am looking for. But I saw other birds... First is the desert partridge: 1. Randoms from my local reserve, they all tended to get too close so had to resort to mainly portrait shots.
