Yesterday's birding trip was not without a loss: a small bike pump I had stored on the open side pocket of my camera backpack was missing. So, I decided to go today to the same places as yesterday (albeit in reverse order). Sadly, I couldn't find the pump, but at least the isabelline wheatear was still there on the same area and this time closer and in better light even!

I was finally able to get out for a drive. I took my camera with the 600/4 and got a couple shots of 2 bald eagles. Not the best shots, but these are the only pictures I have taken in over a month.

You can see more of these in Open Views Highrise bird bath, but I thought that at least these few also belong here.
