Found this bird in my garden. I don't think I ever saw this species, anybody knows what it is?

Looks like some kind of breeding pigeon. Maybe he escaped.

And from me today, two little colorful birds.

#1 Blue-headed vireo. A bit hidden behind a branch, but this is my first;)

#2 White-throated sparrow

Sony A6400, Sony E 70-350G
Sony a7R4, a6400. E, A and MD lenses.

I think there might be also other white domesticated pigeon breeds. Or possibly as I can't see any rings in the legs, perhaps this might be even leucistic wild (rock) pigeon.

ObBird: Mediterranean gull (Ichthyaetus melanocephalus)

α1 + Sony FE 5.6-6.3/200-600 G OSS @ 524 mm, f/6.3, 1/800 s, ISO 3200

This particular individual has gone far from the Mediterranean (and more importantly Black Sea) and has been hanging around with other gulls around Töölönlahti in central Helsinki.

Anyone with toddlers in the house can likely relate to the look.

Thanks.
And I will try, sadly I'm rather time poor nowadays. Doing 6 day weeks at work only leaves me with Sunday's as a day off.

Another one from today's walk, Sacred Kingfishers has made a return.

That Muscovy Duck is a semitropical bird. I know they have been introduced many places but he still must have cold feet!
