While observing Bald Eagles at a wastewater treatment plant this Wood stork strolled by with a fish.

This morning I had a wonderful encounter with a female Northern Harrier (aka Hen Harrier in Europe). Hitherto, all my experience with this species has been to photograph their rear end after they have flown past me. Today, it all changed. I met the bird below hunting (very successfully if I might add) in a nearby field.
