Thanks @MinoltaMad, Brian and Charles. Yes certainly a lot of acrobatics for very little reward although I was amazed just how many insects they would have in their mouth. Unfortunately the bugs usually come out early evening on muggy days and light isn't always the best but I'll keep trying on those few and far between days....
