Photographing Little birds flying is difficult.
Shutter time too slow: only movement no bird
Too late: empty spot
Folding wings: only a uninteresting flying body

So much can go wrong.
But this worked. Nice shot Heikki

Same here. Lovely colors and shot in mid-air as well
This would be the 'colorest' we can get from birds around here

Thanks Domien, what are they? They remind me of our Bee eaters although the colouring is different.

The number of passing condors in my neighborhood is fairly low.
So when you know you can see one, you go.

#1 condor

#2 proof it really is a condor

#3 and while you're at it, a passing bald eagle can't be ignored

#4 nor can a flying vulture
