The building on the lhs - Voivodship uilding. The building on tthe rhs - Library of the University of Wrocław. Towers - the Cathedral and St. Cross Church.

The fence was meant to prevent hikers to cross the bridge....

I've always wondered about those barriers. If you don't want anyone crossing the bridge; knock it down. Humans will always find a way across if there's a bridge there

Thanks Mike. The idea is to renovate it, but that is taking sooooo long...
It's not a busy one. Mostly just a few people per day walking the dog in the park and they don't like the blockade on their fixed daily route...
