On Friday Martin and I picked up Manfred and Erica from Gatwick airport as they were staying over for a few days, as we had the whole day in front of us, we went on to a (quite rainy) Brighton..

#1 All aboard the Skylark?

#2 Winch (with Martin in the background)

#3 The Sussex Maid (from the boat museum)

#4 Bendy boat

#5 Disney might have Micky Mouse, but Brighton has The Brighton Shrimp - shown here in his fibreglass (and slightly tatty) glory..

#6 Manfred and Erica head up the beach (apologies for the horizon)

Hopefully Martin and Manfred will also post here soon...

Nice impression Bob, although the wheather doesn't look too good. Think Mickey looks a tad friendlier

A few of the Brighton Seafront on what was a rather soggy morning. Never mind, despite the weather good company makes up for the damp. All shot with the NEX-7 and Sony 85/2.8 - this was before Bob's Samyang 8mm became superglued to the NEX!! Regards, Martin

Pity about that black and white weather.

But: Martin: #2 is

And Bob, it's great to see a glimpse of the elusive Erica at last.

Maffe: show us some non-fishies

But Manfred with his single photo wins here...
