Fly in my garden. Taken using A57 + 28-80 Sigma mini zoom macro + clear image zoom function on camera.

Minolta 75-300mm Minolta 50mm f1.7, Modified Minolta 35-70 (poor mans macro). Various filters and close up lenses.

Brrrr, seeing the photos of all the spiders here aren't good for my health!!

Ladybug in the garden messing around with some kind of plant lice I think. Sony A77+Tamron 60/2 and 62mm worth of Mieke extension tubes, if I remember right.

Fifteen photo stack of a leafhopper [Edit: Glassy Winged Sharpshooter]. I was trying something new with the lighting, and I quite like it. It's also very simple. Just a 5400HS parallel to the lens, shooting upward at a piece of printer paper arching from the outside of the flash to the opposite side of the lens.

I came across this cluster of assassin bug egg cases on a magnolia leaf this morning.
Reversed Soligor 24mm on 50mm of extension tubes. 23 photo stack.
