	@Jens... the end of Bugs and Spiders...8 was unfortunately timed for answering your quesion. I am not sure what they were doing but there was definitely a lot of contact between live ants, like the first picture below... and a lot of carrying of corpses, like the second picture. One ant was able to carry up to three corpses because they were joined together somehow. I suspect it was a war, but I hope somebody will be able to confirm or otherwise - it was fascinating. These pictures are less successful than the first two but they are more representative of the action.

	paul, even though you don't find the last two ant pictures as good as the first two, I still find them amazing and fascinating. And Pavels spider is also very good. I think we have the same kind of spider in the back yard.

	Long time I haven't posted anything... so how about a spider A700 + Min 100/2.8 + 5600 + diffuser. Note that I calibrated my screen recently, so if you find it over or under exposed, please let me know!

	Some very nice shots again on this page. I especially like Paul's (maewpa) shot of the ants marching up the branch. Well spotted and I know it's very hard to get good ant shots, since they're constantly on the move. David, glad you're back and post seems spot on in more aspect then one (as Brian said) Here's another "bug" from me, palomena prasina if I'm not mistaken. Quite a patient little creature who stayed long enough to get a few good shots, of which this is one: A700 + KM100/2.8 macro D

	@Pieter and Brian: thanks for the comments Will try to post more when I get a chance. @Pieter: nice details and focus plane is very well adjusted to have the eyes and body in focus, well done! @Pavel, cute little creature, not sure what it is though... @Copperhead: nice spiders. #1 is very well done. #2 and #3 could use more light and focus on the eyes, but well done overall!
