the capital of Styria

it was "European Capital of Culture" in 2003 an now there a futuristic buildings like the art museum and the Acconci Island (Mur Island)

also the remains of the castle on the Schlossberg a worth to see

Graz is also in the list of UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Sites

It looks more like a wallpainting than graffiti to me, but it looks good anyway.
