Thanks for reading this thread specific for the super big city in China. For your information, Guangzhou has a population of around 20 million at the time being. The city is the trade port in China for several hundred years.

outside Guangzhou Station, China.

This is a station built in 70s. At the beginning of China's economic reform in 80s, the local government stood the signs on top of the station building, saying "unify the nation, strenghten China" . Here in the photo you see the chinese statement "unify the nation" which of course marks the ambition to get back Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan.

The station is also renounced for its extraordinary crowd of homewardbound workers.

Football(Soccer for US) is popular in China but Chinese just don't have the tallent for the sports. Guangzhou Football Club is the top football team in China/Asia, which is beloved by the citizens. In the photo, we can see many fans wearing the red uniform of the football club going to watch a match in the arena within the City center.
