Hotel Gutsch, looking like a fairy tale castle, above the city:

with the river Reuss and bridge on the foreground the high position is visible, suggesting an exceptionally fine view on city, river and lake from the hotel:

That was exactly my thought when i saw it. It is a bit rotated though.   

In the second shot, i'd clone away the distraction in the upper left corner. The composition is great though!

In #2 (the first) the black point is highish. It gives the image a heavy look imo. TFS Peter.

The Wilhelm Tell was a paddle steamer housed in Luzern and plying the Lake of Four Cantons but is now a reataurant with a very nice view over the lake and the boiler room has now been changed to the kitchen:
