Show us... Madrid, Spain

Show us cities of the world is your chance to show us where you live, or where you've been. Please feel free to share pictures from this location, or start a thread for a new location. The usual Dyxum content rules apply- but to assist fellow Dyxumers inspired to visit locations that are shown, please indicate where in your town/city the photos were taken.

Pegelli, would you be interested to try perspective correction tool? I recently tried it out for one shot I. Almost all of us are aware of the limitations of standing on the ground and shooting an architecture shot while pointing up.
I did a quick-and-dirty job of it but it seems to have come out rather well, for a first try and a quick try at that.
More Dyxumer, less photographer.

Thanks Sashi, it's a stitch of 3 handheld images and I wasn't it right angles to the middle of the building. Also I think for the right tower the camera was tilted slightly more up then for the left.

At least in lightroom when I try more perspective corection the whole building becomes skewed (the openings between the pillars become parallellograms).

If I take this picture and run it through PTlens the results are a bit better but I can't get it all straight.

If you want to show your q&d job (incl. how you did it) that would be great, there's always room to improve and learn
