Several articles have appeared in the press heralding the end of New York as we know it. So enjoy ;)

Lovely shot of this (by now) familiar view from your balcony, enhanced by the wake of the motor boat and the sunlight on the waves it left behind.
As for New York, New York, I'm confident it's there for ever, perhaps socially more distant for a while, but hopefully back to normal once the vaccine has been rolled out.

Artem,
That's a great shot with the wet streets reflecting all those bright colours.
Perfectly captured.
TFS.

Talking about NYC. This place before pandemic was boiling pot of culture events of any kind.
I'd like to remain you one of them which had a place in 2005 occupying entire Central Park and called "The Gates".
I'm posting a few pics taken at that time. It was my Canon time but I hope you'll forgive this faux pas.

For the first time in ten months, we went for a short walk in New York with my grandchildren. Nothing very interesting. The complete lack of people is striking, especially where there used to be crowds before.
All photos from Sony A99II and Tamron 15-30/2.8. The second camera was the Minolta Maxxum 9 with Kodak Ektachrome and Minolta 28-70G (we will see what will come out a bit later).

Nice series Marius, and indeed eerily empty.

Can you see the balcony/appartment you normally shoot from on photo #7?
Mind the bandwidth of others, don't link pictures larger then 1024 wide or 960 pix high, see here

That would have been my question too.

Thanks Marius, I gathered it was somewhere on the left of the photo since some of your photo's from the balcony show the backside of that large clock
