Today I walked half of New York;) I started in Greenpoint - the old Polish district and ended in Tribeca in Manhattan. So some photos. I had a Sony A7R and Rokkors with me (20/2.8, 24/2.8, 35/2.8, 58/1.2 and 100/2.5)
#1 Greenpoint. Polish signs and even the mural in the upper right corner is Polish. ![]() #2 Williamsburg looks much better. ![]() #3 Cycling across the Williamsburg Bridge. ![]() #4 Orchard Street on Lower East Side. ![]() #5 Low-rise tenement buildings with the iconic brick face and fire escapes. ![]() #6 Entry to the Manhattan Bridge. ![]() #7 Chinatown ![]() #8 Chinatown ![]() #9 Parked bicycles. ![]() #10 Staple Stree Skybridge in Tribeca ![]() |

Those are very striking images you've posted. Saturation is almost off the scale, but perhaps that's OK for this subject matter. Certainly grabs the eye. Thanks for sharing. |

Yeah. I also like "Rain in the City" a lot. This picture was taken in Queens by the entrance to Queensboro Bridge from Northern Boulevard approach. How have you taken it? Using drone?
