I was in Plymouth recently to visit the Naval Memorial there as part of an onoging project. While on the Hoe my eyes, and camera, turned toward the sun:

6. What I was there for - Ship's Boy William Giles, aged 16, died when HMS Natal sank in 1915.

#4 - What a wonderfully strong graphic image, using back lighting in the best way.

Thanks guy - No 4 is my favourite too.

I was quite impressed by the way the Tamron hyperzoom coped flarewise, there is a little in the sun-in-frame lighthouse shot but I don't think many of my other lenses would have done so well.
