As I'm nearing my expiry date and with a left shoulder that aches considerably after using my trusty Black Rapid Sport for a couple of hours with a heavy lens, I'm experiencing an epiphany having purchased a Cotton Carrier harness. It felt a little ostentatious to begin with but now it's become second nature. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who experiences an aching shoulder. Not only has my shoulder problem totally disappeared but I used to get an aching right inner wrist where I used to cup a large lens to prevent it banging my right hip, now again totally gone. Also bike friendly which was out of the question with my Black Rapid. Highly recommended...

I do have one (victim of GAS). Don't use the harness often
It works fine if you combine a long walk and a long lens or two cameras that you need at hand.
The strap that fixes your camera to your belt does a good job.
Tony and Chelsea Northrup didn't like it much (2015, youtube v=BGc95PT68FE)
It's practical though.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken

I didn't know they had been around for so long. I didn't get the belt holster option just the chest harness. My daily walk around the local lake is 3 km which I was struggling to do previously without considerable discomfort, now no problems at all. My GAS has gone [geriatric ageing syndrome]
