I'm not at all an astro/lunar person but I am totally enthralled w the Majesty of the Milky Way Its the one great gift we have that is not of the earth I hope you do some day / or night, be able to. The best way is not to try in a city or town, get to a high an elevation as possible. Hopefully a Dark Sky area. For me it's a more spiritual occasion than a photographic one. I could go on and on but let you explore it your way. Its not easy, many things have to happen just right. Good luck and all the Best Josef Hezu, I'm pleasantly surprised, thank you so much also
