I was wandering through the woods in 's Gravenwezel (quite near where I live) and encountered an old bunker that I had not seen or visited before. I tried to find some background but so far came up dry. Judging by the construction and design I'm guessing it's from WW2 (too modern for WW1).
It's fully open and accessible, and generally in a good state. 29-1: How I first spotted it: ![]() A7ii + Pentacon 29/2.8 (M42) 28-4: Entrance ![]() 28-5: Partly "dug in" the landscape ![]() 28-6: Interior (handheld 1/4 sec, long live SS) ![]() 28-7: Gun hole, and many trees trying to find their way along the concrete ![]() 28-4 tm 28-7: A7Rii + FE28/2 |

I failed to use my 25mm lens on time for week 4. For week 5 I have 5 28mm prime, 2 zoom lenses with 28mm end and 1 30mm lens. No way I will manage to use all of them... I'll try to do my best...

I read about this Leo. You've captured it well! There is one nearby in Alkmaar as well. I'll try to visit it this weekend. Edited by Fred_S - 28 January 2020 at 19:59 |

Day 28
HK28.1 Cinema Orion (one of the venues of DocPoint - Helsinki Documentary Film Festival) ![]() α7R III + Sony FE 2/28 @ 28 mm, f/3.2, 1/30 s, ISO 400 HK28.2 Film projector (which ended up not being used today as the media format was Blu-ray, despite that the film, which was about to be shown was "A Sunday in Hell" from 1977, which tells about Paris-Roubaix 1976 bicycle race) ![]() α7R III + Sony FE 2/28 @ 28 mm, f/2, 1/30 s, ISO 6400 That is the first prime of this week for me, two left. And then there would be option to use also one zoom end, but I think I might skip that... Edited by Hezu - 13 April 2021 at 16:46 |
