You're doing wel this week Paul!
That MIR 1-B is a Flektogon copy isn't it? Never heard of Kiflitt, but that's probably me. It has a nice bokeh though. In our neighbour's garden the magnolia is showing flower buds already! |

Thanks Fred.
Flek 35 copy? Could very well be, the front element looks the same so it could be the same optical scheme. Lens construction is totally different though. No magnolia flowers yet! |

Famous for designing the first zoom lens in the 1950s (Voigtländer Zoomar 36-82 f/2.8) good for day 36 and day 82 and the legendary Heinz Kilfitt München Makro Kilar2.8/90, the first 1:1 zoom lens without extension tubes, just a multi stage helicoid. |

@darosa: 'Light in the alley" is an excellent Leo! Great composiition.
The "chairs round the table" has a nice bokeh. @ Hezu: I like thos different colours of the light in your street shot. Stopping down a bit might have improved the borders. @snegren: Doing well without the aperture on the Industar and love the bokeh of the Flek 2.8/35mm. That little pink detail is a nice touch. Today would have been a great day for shooting, but work was witholding me from that. Let's see what the weekend brings. For Sunday a heavy storm is predicted though. |

I've been travelling to all kind of places the last couple of days, all my day prime shots are on the camera but little time to process them yet. Hope to post more over the weekend.
Wednesday I was in Goch (Germany) visiting an old relative (the grandson of a brother of my grandfather) and in his front yard he had a special chestnut tree. One side died due to artillery shells during the war in 1945, but the other side is still alive. You can still see the impacts on the "dead" side after 75 years. 35-2: Half dead ![]() 35-3: Closeup ![]() Both A7ii + Voigtländer Nokton 35/1.2 II |
