Today I planned to use my old and trusty Minolta 85/1.4. So I first mounted it on my LA-EA4 and thought nah, wanna use it on A-mount and going even more overboard grabbed my > 14 year old KM5D and went underway with that.

85-7: Hey there, people who sit there usually bring some bread crumbs ....

85-8: Itsy-bitsy spider

85-9: Grasses for MiPr

the gradient in the background was an unexpected bonus

85-10: Let's tie the knot

85-11: A weathered traffic sign for Leo

85-12: X-rated

85-13: More anti-tank bunkers

All KM5D + Min 85/1.4 RS G

One more lens to go this week

Solid set with the Mino 85/1.4 Pieter!
Nice lines in 85.6 Fred!

Leo called it Pronar against Coronar. I can relate to that. Went on a bike tour, there was lots of wind and I went too far and too fast, but fortunately first against the wind so I could still get home. Could have taken the wife’s e-bike, but that would be cheating.

The usual bokeh clichés….

85.1: Signs of Spring

Camera Model: ILCE-7
Lens: Feinmess Dresden Pronar 2.8/85 V projection lens
Aperture:
Exposure Time: 0.002 sec (1/640)
ISO: 100

85.2: Spring Greens

Camera Model: ILCE-7
Lens: Feinmess Dresden Pronar 2.8/85 V projection lens
Aperture:
Exposure Time: 0.006 sec (1/160)
ISO: 100

85.3: Bench

Camera Model: ILCE-7
Lens: Feinmess Dresden Pronar 2.8/85 V projection lens
Aperture:
Exposure Time: 0.005 sec (1/200)
ISO: 100

I thought next would be Samyang 85/1.4, but I’m postponing that as I almost forgot about my Minolta MD Rokkor 85mm 1:2 (contrary to the Samyang I like this one very much).

A few more with the Will Wetzlar Maginon 2.8/85mm on A7R2. Wanted to do some outdoors as well, so took the camera to work today.

A few before work

85-7 After a frosty night

85-8 Minimalism

And a step toward spring after work (a little public flower bed I had noticed before on my way home)

85-9 Spring is coming

85-10 Insects

85-11 Daffodil

Even managed to shoot a few with my other 85mm option, to follow in a separate post.

Great page sofar, Marius grandson scores high on the cute-o-meter, Fred's 85-5 shows how he became so successfull here evn though I like 85-6 better. Michael, I like the simplicity of 85-4. Paul, great furry cows in a nice series. And the last series from Fred is also outstanding, with for me 85-10 as the painterly highlight.

Today was it up to my third 85 mm, again on a bicycle trip in the neighbourhood.

85-14: one hit didn't pierce the bunker

85-15: You're also advised to keep your distance from high voltage cables

85-16: But fortunately they're high up and hard to reach

85-17: CHARGE !!!!

85-18: X-rated 2

All A7Rii + FE85/1.8

My first contribution to this year's Day Prime - the first time I've had the right lens on the right day!

A couple of Covid-19 lockdown shots.

85.1. Shutdown I - extension to a local school, building site and school both closed.

A99ii, Min AF 85mm f1.4

85.2. Shutdown II - Deserted Vodafone campus, 2,000+ car parking spaces, I spotted two cars.

A99ii, Min AF 85mm f1.4
