Soft indeed. I get the feeling of looking at 3-D images without the goggles on. It has an artistic appeal, but I struggle to really warm up to them.

Thanks Paul! This plastic singlet/doublet (?) has massive fringing, which explains the 3D effect.

Maybe my Day 111,1 image makes you a bit warmer :

Yes Leo, your day 111 gets me cooking and day 115 blows my thermal fuse.

@Fred_S: 1st go for Day 110
A lovely softness, fantastic!

@Fred_S
I like the way this lens draws a picture, particularly 110.4.

Much appreciated Paul! Although the lens is a bit clumsy to handle (it doesn't balance well on the camera with the weight concentrated at the front end), but is renders very nice indeed. It was donated by Ivo (Minolta_mutley), and I am happy to foster it now for him [:)].

The start of week 17 is today for focal length between 116 and 122 mm, nothing from me this week (and next week neither) but I'm looking forward to what others can bring in this range

I have to pass for this week and have only one lens (5 inch) for next week. Fortunately there is still April Foolishness to keep us busy

Thanks Paul and Michael!

I adapted the convertible CZ 115mm to E-mount 8 years ago, and have never missed a Day 115 since. This year I finally found the matching hood: Pentax-67 1:2.8 90mm 1:2.4 105mm! A match made in heaven I would say. :

Good shot Michael! But your image of the same building with Voigtlander APO-LANTHAR 35mm F2 is exceptional!

As yesterday was a day off in the Netherlands (King’s Birthday) I went to the North of Amsterdam (the dock area) on a photographic tour. This area is being redeveloped, old harbor facilities have been torn down, the soil is being cleaned up and houses are being built. What remains of the old facilities (like the NDSM, Nederlandsche Dok en Scheepsbouw Maatschappij, Netherlands Dock and Shipbuilding Company) has in the past been taken over by squatters and is now converted into a cultural and artistic area, hence the copious amounts of graffiti.

It was not easy, I wandered too far from the car a few times and made my way back walking like the hunchback from the Notre Dame. All images on A7iii with Carl Zeiss Jena Biometar 2.8/120 (P6, zebra) with stuck-open aperture.

120.1: Tulips

120.2: Veni Vidi Puke (so creative and poetic)

120.3: Grafitti in Bokeh

120.4: Red Yellow and Blue

120.5: On track

120.6: Fence

120.7: Tortuous route

120.8: Facade

120.9: Facade

On my way back home I wanted to see the flower bulb fields on the way back home and found none (to avoid last year’s crowds they mowed the flowers early) but stumbled across this very interesting bridge.

120.10: Nieuw Vennepbrug

More from this tour will follow as I have images with other focal lengths…..
