It's day 105 today, so time to show off my only lens for this week, allthough the photos were taken last monday

A fritillaria in our front garden that's slowly developing. Last year it had two small flowers, this year four bigger ones

105-1:

105-2:

105-3:

About a half hour after taking these photos it started snowing, when it stopped I took the opportunity to try some similar views but now including some (fast melting) snow and a white background

105-4:

105-5:

105-6:

All A700 + Sigma 105/2.8 macro with stripped AF gears (so MF only)

@pegelli: Sigma with stripped gears, been there. I had a Sigma 80-300 DG Macro, A700 stripped it. In the bin it went, I was not comfortable with MF on A700.

Love these flowers Pieter, particularly those with the snow!
