My first though was, Leo is jumping the gun, but we are organised in weeks I see. I'm oldfashioned (for now), 4 mm on day 4.
I have done better with this thing in the past. Lousy light, too little time. Perhaps this weekend I'll have another go. 4.1: Eccentricity ![]() Camera Model: ILCE-6100 Lens: Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Circular Fisheye Aperture: f/8 Exposure Time: 0.008 sec (1/125) ISO: 250 4.2: Distortion ![]() Camera Model: ILCE-6100 Lens: Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Circular Fisheye Aperture: f/8 Exposure Time: 0.008 sec (1/125) ISO: 250 4.3: Het Havenhuis ![]() Camera Model: ILCE-6100 Lens: Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Circular Fisheye Aperture: f/8 Exposure Time: 0.008 sec (1/125) ISO: 400 |

Awesome Harm!
Paul I need to get checked for OCD because 4.1: Eccentricity is just off kilter enough, but not completely, to short some circuits up here LOL |

Freelensing Ganesh with eight fishy mm ...
Samyang 8/2.8 (mine says Rokinon like Mariusz') held off the mount. Obviously moving a 8mm is going to move the focus plane to the front element, so the closest I could hold it the focus point was a few mm away. The non-removeable hood makes it more challenging. Ganesh is two inches tall. nex3 and it's not-very-good 14MP sensor (but better than no sensor LOL, and the tiny camera and tiny lens is extremely useful). 8.1 Ganesh ![]() f2.8, hey look a blurry background at 8mm LOL 8.2 Ganesh, remover of obstacles ![]() f16, lots of dust spots cloned out! 8.3 Ganesh, OM ![]() f16 |
