Telemegor bokeh can't be beat, very obvious in #3 and 4, mor subtle in #6; well done Fred!

More Tele Megor from me, this time of the cine kind, unusually fast @ 4.0 :

1 Narrowleaf plantain

2 High voltage

3 The inspectors

4 Fading fence

5 Fading triangles

all with A6600 + Meyer Tele Megor 1:4 f = 15cm (1939; C-mount)

Thanks Leo! I didn't know there was a 4.0 version too.
I especially like your minimalistic #5

That Vivitar is no slough Matthew, I especially like the second, very graphical.

Fred and Leo, nice telemegor work, the similarity between the netting and the tringles is striking but lots of character in all shots with both of these lens versions.

I've got some 150 Newfoundland landscapes on my card (short end of my new Tammy 150 - 500) but PP and posting will have to waith until we're home later this month.

QuietQC the foreground/background of the sculptures elephant and face is wonderfully confusing.
There is a difference between a shaky or out-of-focus photograph and a snapshot of clouds and fog banks. - Schrödinger

OK, I'm back and very slowly getting organised. Here's a few 150's from me.

150-1: The impressive rocky coast of Newfoundland, this is on the Bonavista peninsula, note the two people walking on the rocks, this will give you a sense of the scale.

150-2: One of the many bird rocks we saw, allthough this one wasn't too populated, only a small number of seagulls

The north side of Newfoundland is right adjacent to "Iceberg Alley" where yearly a lot of icebergs breaking off of the North Shelf are floating by. It's also relatively near to here that the Titanic sank after hitting one of these icebergs. We only saw a few smaller ones.

150-3: From Little Harbour near Twillingate

LR pano of two handheld shots

150-4: The same iceberg from a different angle about an hour later, this time the sun came out. Newfoundland weather can best be described as "four seasons every day"

All A7Rii + Tamron FE 150-500 Di III VC VXD @ 150 mm

Welcome back Pieter, good to see you! Trust you two had a great time. 4 seasons in one day can be quite spectacular, also photographically. I like your first shots here, I love this kind of scenery. Congrats with your new toy, is it handholdable?
