Harald - thanks for the kind words, I've always liked the lens for it's sharpness - comsidering it's age, range etc - a great travel/walk-about lens but seems to have got a lot heavier since I bought it from Nandbytes in 2017 !
All the best
RT
PS And some v good news the next day
So many wines, so little time......

I don't have a 135x2 with me ...
In another month it's open season with 300+ ... I have a new-to-me Min 500/8 RS for that ....

Over 300 means 300 mm has to be done in the correct week and after that 300 is off-limits, right?

If I'm not mistaken this week's mantra is bring out your 200 primes with 1.4x TC. I can do that.

You are absolutely right Paul, this week is 275 - 281 mm, so a 200 x 1.4 is indeed the right length to use this week.

I still have to process and post my 270 mm (135 x 2) from last week, hope to get to that later today or tomorrow.

And I'm not 100% sure, but I think Leo's original idea for this was that after day 300 everything 300 mm or longer was allowed. I'd say we go with that until Leo tells me I have interpreted his idea too liberal

I had to be at a meeting in the Louman automobile museum yesterday, not a big burden, we had 2 hours of free entry before the meeting started (see also my oktoberfest day 5 shots) and much more to come in "anything automotive"

280-1: Sculpture in front of the main entrance

280-2: If you come by classic car you're allowed to park on the front court next to the main entrance

280-3: Silhouette of one of the sculptures in the museum

Lovely 1&3 Pieter.

If I'm right it is week 300. Everyone should have a 300!
