Vacation without Day Prime and Foolishnes, the aftermath of broken bone and bruises. Perhaps I can pick up the Day Prime pace as we are now in a period without abundance of choice.

Glad to hear you're on the mend Paul, take care!

Today we started week 16, focal length from 106 to 112 mm.
Nothing to expect from me, so I can fully concentrate on foolishness but I still have to complete selecting and processing from two lenses of last week

So my last 100 mm is ready now

Most people will be familiar with the Flanders Fields in the area around Ieper where (one of) the bloodiest battles of WW1 was fought. But it is less well known that the Germans were also afraid to be attacked from the north so they built a complete reinforced defense line along the northern Belgian border with the Netherlands. No fighting happaned there in the whole 4 years the war lasted. However a small section of bunkers and trenches of this defense line is still in place in the Mastenbos, near Kapellen.

100-10: A less well known part of "In Flanders Fields"

100-11: An old bunker among young greens

100-12: And one weathered soldier still keeps guard

All A7ii + Olympus OM Zuiko 100/2.8

More of my walk there will follow in the April foolishness threads
