Having met up with Martin and Kenny in Cardiff for a weekend in Wales, we immediately headed over the border to Bristol...

An excellent start gentlemen. For those who are blissfully unaware of some the crazier sporting events that take place in Wales, Kenny's mud race shot was taken at the Mud Run on 10 May at the Celtic Camping site near St. David's in Pembrokeshire. After a run of 10km including obstacles, participants are then expected to jump into a skip of water and mud, closely followed by a quick roll in wood shavings. After a short final run of around 100m, they are rewarded with an open-air hot tub. We would have missed this photo opportunity if it were not for Kenny's insistence that we went to investigate.
