We had a day with our Dyxum boss in Amsterdam.

p1: ZeBigBoss himself

p2: trying to hide behind his staff (and failing )

p3: but all the girls in Amsterdam were ecstatic to see him

Now up to some others to post more shots before I continue

Some shots,
We were plagued by wind and rain.
So let's start there

#1 Wind

#2 You were allowed to have your bike blown over. But only inside the lines . . .

#3 what the sky looked like . .

#4 Amsterdam. so you have to see at least ONE canal

#5 Then it's time for stabilizers

#6 somehow it affected my shooting

#7 Testing to show I still can have straight shot

#7 Who was there?

Not in the photo: me
(and someone hiding behind the second person from the left hand side)
Not interested: all those looking at there own camera or something outside the picture
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken

Let's start at the beginning:

Meet and greet (and photograph the boss) at Amsterdam Central Station.

1 A Sony shooter? That must be the boss.

2 Shooting Mladen

From left to right: Michel (MichelvA), Mladen (Kiklop), Jet (@Jetsplace), Annemaria, Igor, Anna, Aleksandar (all friends of Mladen's), Marcel (mr Jet; all but hidden by Pieter's CZ 135/1.8), Pieter (pegelli)

3 Mladen being shot

Now I know why you guys were hanging around this man
He is a real portrait. Love this picture.

You guys are so quick... my pictures are still on the camera.
Not having any diskspace left does plays a small part in it.

The first stop in Domien's tour of Amsterdam is the public library. From the top floor you have a spectacular view of Amsterdam. But the building itself is interesting too:

7 Amsterdam public library, escalators

8 Elevators

9 Kunst (Art)

10 The view

We could have picked a better day for sightseeing ...
But the company was great so we had an excellent time.

11 Aleksandar, Mladen and Domien discussing the view

We were not the only ones to visit the library for the view:

A good time was had by all! (By the looks of things)

Marvellous mix of pics (as usual) It's always interesting to see how we photograph some of the same stuff but end up with totally different results...

p6: Suriname and Asian specialties (what would be in those pink bags? )
