@Darosa, cool shot of the traffic light. Great use of this particular bokeh.

Thanks! I saw that background and thought the pedestrian light would make a nice foreground :-) Glad you like it! |

I'll take that as a compliment Leo ![]() This was mainly a first testround with the lens, also trying to see what it could do as a compact telephoto. In some cases I took similar shots with both lenses, just to compare. In a few cases I liked the 70-400 shot better. Obviously I had some more typical mirror lens shots too. Not as nice as yours though... Your last set is very nice! FS63 ![]() FS64 ![]() FS65 ![]() |

Ok Leo, I will be careful with photos of you next time A nice set with the traffic lights. Very mindful to wait for the green light first. and I like the B/W conversions (particularly Da 12 ![]() @fred: again a fine addition to your set. The stork shot shows how sharp the little mirror lens is peg25 shows how well the whole rebuild of the station was successful (imho) And peg27 has a 60-ties feel. Probably the B/W conversion Edited by Dopol - 23 November 2021 at 09:48 |

Great reptile show Fred, hard to pick a favourite (FS5 - FS62)
Da9 "Muntiacus" is a fantastic mirror shot, lively bokeh but not too donutty! Da14 looks almost bright daytime and Da15 is also very nice. Agree Domien and Fred's fish shots are very good, so it payed off to spend your time there Da18 indeed looks very prehistoric Nice station series Fred, the blue lights all work well and FS80 is nice composition with all the horizontals and verticals broken by a very strong V-shape And now my last three as well peg34: Viewfinder or live-view, probably a personal preference ![]() peg35: Shootout ![]() peg36: Artisans in the hands of the artist ![]() 34: A7Rii + FE70-300G, 35 & 36: A7ii + Tamron FE28-200 Di III RXD |
