DM: Bob visits Brisbane 23-25 Sep 2019

I've now had confirmation that my stem cell pickup is going ahead, but the dates seem to have changed a bit - flights still need to be confirmed but I think I should be arriving on the 22nd and should be around on the 23rd, 24th and maybe the morning of the 25th before a pickup that day (these dates might change as I've not seen anything in writing yet).

Very happy to see anyone who is available, but quite understand if my upside-down body-clock doesn't fit in with the locals.

I would not be able to arrive in Brisbane on the 23rd as previously mentioned as I have a commitment with the local Photography Club up here in Bundy on the night of the 23rd. So, I would not be able to arrive in Brisbane until around the afternoon of the 24th as its a minimum of a 5hr drive each way.
And the cost of flying down to Brisbane and back is purely extortion money at $500 each way for a 1.5hr commercial flight.

I will forward this thread to Keith_H so that he can chime in with his schedule.

I hope to be able to catch up with both yourself and Keith on your trip to Bris.

As I say, I quite understand if I'm a bit too far out of the way...

Just got my trip details through.

My flight gets in late on Sunday 22 and my pickup is at 17:00 on the 25th; so favourite days to meet with anyone are the Monday (23rd) or Tuesday (24th). I will also be available on the morning of the 25th, but will probably have to check out from my hotel at about midday.

They have me booked into the Park Regis, North Quay.
