Looks like I'm the first one posting pics!

We started off in the Stendörren Nature reserve south of Stockholm where I borrowed Maffe's 300/2.8 to try and get some tern pics:

Very nice picturess, but there are only two questions in my mind:
1. Is the lens all right?
2. Do you have the picture of Maffe AFTER you smashed his lens into a rock?

Good shots of the terns, and I always enjoy looking at the mugs of fellow Dyxum members.

Looking forward to more (and to the answers to maewpa's questions )

Thanks to al Dyxumers who made it to Stockholm.
I had a super weekend meeting new nice people!
Think I fired off few frames compared to others, but this is home teritory, now sitting here with about 1000 shots to take care of

Thanks to Pyl for fixing the BBQ and thanks to all of the Dyxumers for making this weekend so good!

Here we have the "nitwit" looking for BIF´s

We was not the only once to defy the weather out at Stendörren

I didn´t find much to shoot in the dull weather, but there´s always things just waiting to be discoverd

@Pyl: You got some excellent thots of that Tern

I also want to thank everyone, it was a great weekend.
Very nice shots Pyl and Maffe, it's a shame the thursday flight was already full when I booked...

Some shots of friday night at about 0300 when my friend, Loran, and I had left Maffe's place and decided that walking to the hotel was more fun than taking the subway. It was indeed more fun but a bit longer than expected:

You forgot one, Bob...

It's going to take me ages to process everything, I'm afraid, but I'll post in dribbles. I had a great time and was really happy to meet you all!

A trick question - how long does it take to walk through a 200m (?) tunnel carrying cameras?
Liz

A700, A350, KM7D and too many (?) lenses.

Looks like a great adventure.    Lots of good pics.

Sorry to hear about Maffe's lens and Pyl's elbow.

One question: In Bob's picture of Liz, Maffe and Pyl at the cafe.....WHAT are you guys talking about?? You look like somebody just told you that the food you ate was poisoned.

For the 2008 Antwerp meeting it proved impossible, we visited the tunnel under the river Schelde and after 1 1/2 hours we emerged at the same side we went in . Did you do any better?

Great shots btw from everybody, pls. post more !

Wross, I think most people were still waking up from a night with too little sleep on that shot...
And Pegelli, we did manage to make it to the other way of the tunnel.

Nice photos Bob, you can really see the lens lust on Liz' face in the last one, great photo to explain to people why you really need that one new lens.

I'll go to my pictures chronologically, so after friday night, here comes the first batch of saturday morning:

Since I only could join for the dinner friday night and the change of guards on saturday I don't have very much to show here. I didn't bring my camera to the dinner so there's only some shots from the royal castle. It was a pleasure meeting you all, I hope you had a good stay in Sweden even though the weather was terrible.

Here are my shots
