On September 20 and 21 darosa, micholand and pegelli met in Köln. One of the objectives was to visit Photokina, but the other was to just have some fun shooting in and around the city. Originally waldo_posth also planned to join, but due to an unfortunate sports injury on Monday morning he had to pull out at the last minute.
We'll use this thread for our "general" shots, all the shots specific to us seeing (and test-driving) the A99ii are here: Dyxum reports on the A99ii We'll have one picture in both threads, i.e. the group shot. Taken in the Photokina Sony booth while micholand is holding the A99ii p1: fltr: pegelli, micholand, darosa  p2: ready for stabilization  p3: the "anti" Köln shot  (most people take this shot from the other side of the river looking at the Dom. This is from the Dom side looking towards the side where the Photokina is held, hence the title) More to come  |

Let's take a closer look at the Dom: 1 Kölner Dom, floor and stained glass  2  3 Pew ornament and beard  4  all with a7s, first 2 with a7rii + Voigtlander Heliar Hyper Wide 10mm F5.6 E (#1 is 2 shots -floor/windows- combined) last 2 with Super Takumar 50/1.4 |
