Thanks, Bob and Leo. For once, I'm not the last to post! Glad you liked the warm look - seems my decision paid off! I kept the cable car shot cooler because I think the 'whiter white' pylon creates a better impact.

Looking forward to seeing your shots, particularly from yesterday, if only to see what I missed!

Lovely photos from you both. mob, I especially like numbers 2 and 7. The red of the cable car stands out really nicely from the otherwise blue and white scene of no. 2 and number 7 is a nice composition with such strong colours. Number 1 of course is the best, what a great set of subjects - nice to see some familiar faces together

Fab bold Colours, Muddin! I especially like 6 and 7 but the general warmth in all of them is very good.

    Thanks, Simon and Mike.

Mike, I like numbers 11 and 13 from the first set and 3 from the second. Brave man you are, getting as close as you did to the 'beast'!

Thanks, Mob. I was cheating with a 70400 - no need to get too close.

Check this one though from Pieter taken with a 35mm lens. Now that's brave!

The term 'deathwish' comes to mind!

I have been close to deer before but certainly not courageous enough to approach one with antlers like that!

@ muddin, great to see you on Saturday and a lovely set. Especially like the graphics of 6 and 7 but all give a very good view of the walk we took around the docks. 20 is also a nice use of extreme wide angle and well seen.

@mikey2000, great series, both the non-deer as well as the deer series.
Special favourites are 6 and 10 from the non-deer and 3, 6 and 8 of the deer series but only by a small margin version to all the others.

For Domien, Leo and myself it started with a brief shoot around St Pancras before heading off to Bob's

Champagne bar (no we didn't start stabilizing there just yet )

Hotel St. Pancras (we preferred hotel Bob & Wendy for hospitality )

both A900 + Min 16/2.8 fish, exif inside.

    More (much more) to come
Mind the bandwidth of others, don't link pictures larger then 1024 wide or 960 pix high, see here

    Thanks, Pieter, for your comments.

Isn't the hotel just an amazing building?! (Not as amazing as Bob's place, I'm sure!)

Mike: was #4 (1st series) really necessary?
Great series and I'm glad you caught the group at work with their teles in #9. I'm looking forward to all those similar shots.

Pieter: good facade. That colour is nicely overdone; nicely because it is actually not too far from the real thing.

In utter disrespect of chronology, here are 4 shots I processed so far; all with a7 + Jupiter 3 50/1.5, wide openish; all exif inside:

    1 Parallel lines

This was on Sunday; it's a detail of the ExCel building.

    2 Glass

From a welcome lunch break on Saturday during our tiring but wonderful wharves expedition.

    3 $

Domien, Pieter and I met this guy on the train to Antwerp on Monday. Quite naturally he was wondering about all our photo gear. Talking about cameras it seemed only logical to ask him if I could take his picture.

    4 Greenwich Yacht Club

This is from Friday night when we made a short trip to the London barrier and walked along the Thames.
