I've got room for one or two more lenses, so if anybody has any wishes let me know.

I am newby to this meet up. Is it custom practice to try out each others lenses?
If so, what should I bring?

In intended to take my A-mount gear with only 4 lenses, but I could change my mind (also depending on last minute weather forecast).

Well, sometimes it happens and sometimes not. It probably happened more in the past when new lenses came out or to get an extra lens for "day prime". It's all extremely relaxed, so just bring what you like and can carry comfortably.

Only for people who want to do "day prime" the week is 48 - 54 mm.

I haven't decide on my equipment yet. Brining "Day prime" kit will depend on what I can do earlier this week.

My a77II is loaded + some A-mount glass.
The glass is still undecided.

My basic kit is 16-35 ZA on A7 with LA-EA3 (99% of the time at 16 mm) and FE 24-105 on A7Rii. I think Voigtländer FE 10 mm will come in handy at Van Nelle. And something 48-54 naturally, but that depends on what I can manage before Sunday. Minolta MC 21/2.8 comes to mind. Don't know what else, can one have too much to choose from?

I'm considering lightweight.... NEX7 body, 10-18mm and the kitlens. We'll see....
Quit a lot of ALPHA and NEX gear, a nice collection of Sigma lenses, Dynax and M42 stuff, Gitzo's, Visico's and lots of video-equipment

In case we need to flee inside indeed the Chabot Museum in Rotterdam is a good opportunity:

Our tickets for Van Nelle will grant free access to the museum, individual access (w/o Van Nelle, for Dick) is 8 €.
Only downer is that selfie sticks are not allowed

We can see on Sunday what we do based on the actual weather at the time.

Isn't there a Chabot house in Rotterdam at the museum-area? There are 2 houses of the 20's/30's that are really amazing - as if you return to that environment.

An idea - can't we take some large mirrors with us (or use an silver umbrella) - on wheels to replace the selfie-sticks?

Yup, right across the street from Boijmans Van Beuningen and in the same park as "Huis Sonneveld". The Chabot itself is also an amazing 30's house.

Weather forcast persists in rain for Maassluis till 14:00.
As we may be doing Chabot as well, wouldn't it be better to look for a meet and greet point in Rotterdam?
