A couple of Dyxummers decided to spend the weekend of oktober 12/13 in München where Micholand kindly offered to show us some nice places around town.

We're open to more participants, either both days or just one. Logistics/meeting place etc. all to be agreed later but in case you're interested to join just post below.

I once drove through München coming from Slovenia - the only time I was in München.

Mmm, I an thinking as well. I must be back on sunday (evening), can leave from Holland on Friday... I can have some passengers as well, if I decide to go...

It is a long drive for a weekend. Won't fly. Train is an option, but not as cheap as I want.

What is the latest date of decision?

That's up to you, as long as you can find a hotel room you can join. Just let us know before saturday morning when we start our tour of München.

Aha, no indication where others stay (near a Biergarten preferably)?

Good question, Some are staying in Hotel Fidelio, others in Hotel Royal, all in the area of the railway station. There's a lot of hotels in that neighbourhood, so just pick one you like for an acceptable budget. Meeting time and place will be determined later but we will all start from there.

Much as I'd love to see you all, I have a prior engagement in Vienna (frustratinglingly close) on the 14th. Not really practical to take out the box with me.
If the Vienna gig gets called off I might be a late attender, but the liklihood is fairly slim...

I made up my mind, but a 1600km drive for just a bit more than a 1 day stay, is a bit to much. Work on Thursday, again on Monday, it will be a no.
