Time to catch up a bit - starting with a low point - my attempts at BiF (How does Frankman do it!)...
Owl at the zoo park.. Stork at the zoo park, taken with Maffe's 80-200... Seagull... ..and then there were the swifts - imagine 10 photographers, trying to catch tiny super-fast birds as they whip around their heads... In the end I think the little critters were playing with us . This is about as close as I came to something recognizable as an example of the species... Edited by Bob J - 21 May 2008 at 20:19 |

My pics from saturday -->
Thumbs (and legs) up for the first place we stopped at for shooting. Small man in the big forest. One of the waterfalls. Finnish hippopotamus! Another waterfall, from an angle nobody else has! Maybe somebody has a pic of me getting to that angle ;) Magic mushrooms.. We dyxumers always aim high! I just somehow like this. Chris and the curved horizon. Bob, the hat, and the macro :) The stonehenge of Sklne. Man vs. Cow. BIF @ 11mm :D (same bird as bob tried to shoot). |
