Yesterday i and omerbey finally met in real life! we shot hundreds of photos in omerbey-land. Since i'm doing my internship right now, i can't post any photos yet. But this topic will be the target of the incoming photos as soon as i get them processed.
and btw, omerbey is even more crazy than it seems on dyxum.. he has a great personality, a great taste, and appriciation for everything (well.. everything except my photos..) it was a great experience meeting him! (i'm sure he will drop by and make some nice comments like "do you think yours are really photographs?!") |

gee thanks :)
well, your photos do suck terribly, but I can say you're decent... at least halfway. :) Yeah, we've just made the biggest meeting in dyxum history. It was nice. Weather was hot. We just sat in my home after a while. Here are some of the shots other than the ones in oneprime: This guy is turerkan: This is a shot he made me take. I admit, it's not bad. some random shots: Aaand. Last but definitely not the least, I present you, THE MAGNUM PHOTOGRAPHER: Edited by omerbey - 30 July 2007 at 20:05 |

Wow! You guys are lucky to be able to go out and shoot together. My friends look at me like I'm nuts.
Nevertheless, Turerkan needs a haircut. Love the portraits of each other though. :) |

What does the Magnum photographer hold in the left hand? Maybe the prototype of a new flashgun? ;)
Some very nice pictures, BTW. |

Well done guys, fantastic shots! I notice that the bright sun makes for very saturated, colourful photos. It's given me some ideas...

Nice to see your photos - different styles but liked them all.
I have a question about Turkey - I was watching a TV program by Michael Palin who was travelling through Turkey and visited Cappodocia with some amazing landscapes. He was there in winter, with snow it looked even more amazing and also some excellent views from hot air balloons. Looks like a great place to photograph - have you had the chance to do that I wonder? |

Perhaps we should arrange a special Dyxum meet-up there sometime - it looked an amazing place. But if we do this, I hope it is in winter as I don't like the heat in summer
