Does the cinema line FX30 count? Should I count my GoPro?

The FX30 is an ILCE camera, that uses the same sensor and processor as some other E-mount cameras. It is also a stills camera, with just continuous shooing being the only mode that it lacks compared to other cameras. It even has the alpha-symbol etched into its front plate.

I think it counts . I do have a couple of Sony action cameras I use on my bicycle, but even though they're Sony, I'm not about to add them to my tally. They're not an interchangeable lens camera and their stills photography features are even more basic.
α1, FX30- Voigtländer 15/4.5, 110/2.5 M; Zeiss Loxia- 21/2.8, 35/2, 50/2 & 85/2.4, Zeiss Batis- 85/1.8 & 135/2.8; Sony 18-105/4, 24-105/4 & 100-400/4.5-5.6; Sigma 70/2.8 M; Sony 135/2.8 STF

There's a reason my screen name is 2manycamera...

Been away on vacation so was interested where this thread has gone. I do consider myself a Minolta collector so I have a few.
But Sony, both A&FE mounts, have become more numerous on my shelves and in my camera bags.

5 E mount cameras, 2 FF, 3 aps-c.
15 lenses

4 digital A mount bodies, 2 FF, 2 aps-c, including my Maxxum 7D converted to IR.
16 Minolta film bodies, from my 1st Maxxum 7000 to the Maxxum 9
32 Minolta & Sony A mount lenses

9 Minolta SR mount cameras, includes my 2nd SRT-101 from 1971 (first one was stolen) and the XK-M my wife gave me as an engagement present.
18 Minolta SR lenses, about 6-7 third party brands I didn't count

WAY too much other stuff, Konica-Minolta A2, VECTIS bodies and lenses, 35mm rangefinders, all the yellow Weathermatics, and a Autocord.

I've sold a fair amount of stuff, but it's really hard to part with so much of this because I've formed an attachment. And fun.

I don't think there is a TTArtisans 55/1.4. Do you mean the 50/1.4 ASPH? Lovely lens, bought in M-mount for that M3 - before I found out the Leica 50/2.8 "versenkbar" that came with it was fine. The TTArtisan 50/1.4 ASPH is classic (some glow wide open, stop-down to f/2.8 for better results). Compared to modern lenses it lacks some sharpness, but it is sharper and better behaved wide open then the old A-mount Sony/Minolta 50/1.4. One weird thing: if t]you stop down it seems the colour balance changes - have to do more testing on that one...

Actually there is, see Official 7artisans website. And there is even 7artisans 55mm f/1.4 Mark II.

Well, at least it wasn't a camera this time!

I think I will be able to avoid episodes of GAS for a bit longer. Two months in China starting late next week, should deter any new purchases.

7Artisans is not TTArtisan (even if they are made in the same factory....)

I assume you mean the 'suffering' part of high GAS episodes
You appear to have enjoyed it

I thought I had clearly illustrated that GAS is not happening here
Now, if Sony someday enters the MF market….

mmm, I'm sending this 7artisans lens back. It's an APS-c lense and I hate that vignette.

Will be comparing my Sigma 100-400mm to a Sigma 150-600mm, both from the Contemporary series Tomorrow.

We'll see what will happen. I guess the longer one is much heavier .
