Dougie stays with us from time to time and has a definite attention deficit disorder when it comes to recall - one sight of a rabbit, deer, etc and he's off. When that happens you have a 10-15 minute wait before he turns up as if nothing happened. Oscar barely notices other animals apart from dogs and does a great job walking Dougie.

At first, it looks like two dogs that ran away from a chain gang . On a second look, it is very unlikely that those two would have a criminal background, with those two faces. Sure is an original way to handle the attention deficit disorder

It started as a link that allowed me to walk them both on one lead - which didn't phase them at all. So I tried it without me attached and it was surprisingly effective - Oscar is so soft that he pretty much passes control to Dougie - until I call him. |
