I hope you don't mind the panoramic image which is of Meteora in Greece.

KM 5D composite of 10 handheld images stitched in Arcsoft's Panorama
Maker software.
Later some PP/resizing in PhotoShop.

I'm very impresed with the photos I've seen here. Arny, your pics of Utah
brought back fond memories of my many trips there with my (then) wife
who is from Maastricht! We never made it to Coyote Buttes, however. All
my pics of Utah are with slide film, too. I look forward to getting back
with the 7D.

Here is my entry.
f/ 7.1 1/1250 sec at ISO 200 Sigma 75-300mm APO at 230mm

Here's my two pics worth. I'm afraid I can't dig up most of the relevant EXIF, as I'm in the process of moving from Germany to the US, but I'll enter what I can remember. Both pics were handheld with AS on.

Eibseepanorama
KM 7d, KM 17-35 2.8-4 (D) @ 17mm, 5 images stitched together using Panarama Factory, AEL to keep exposure constant across the entire panorama (I learned about that the hard way...), RAW converted to jpeg in RawShooterEssentials, no touchup work beyond slight brightness and contrast adjustments.

Under a Driving Moon
KM 7d, KM 17-35 2.8-4 (D) @ 17mm, jpeg extra fine. Slight adjustments for brightness and contrast in PS.

Just a little question, the theme is landscape, but does it also includes cities ?

Welcome Anthony, and you raise a good point.
The LANDscape v. CITYscape issue is one which Kiklop and I have been debating in the last few hours. We both feel that the city scenes are not strictly on-topic and this will be reflected in our selections for finalists. But there are some very good cityscapes, and the next DPC will be "My Home Town" so many will be able to be re-entered for that. Perhaps we should have stepped in earlier, but at the start of these DPCs you have no idea how few or how many entries we will get. We will try to be more specific in our introductory briefings in future.
Entries can be substituted at any time up to closure -- in this case at 2100 Hawaiian time on 24 October.
