There were 64 recommendations this time, a new record AFAIK.

The shots that made it had to be real crackers.

Congrats, once again, to all who were selected.

Wow!! I've been preoccupied with Challenge Your Creativity III all week with little time to browse other posts and images so all these are new to me. Outstanding, all of them.

A great varied selection (which I'm honoured to be part of).

I love the POTW Batman Owl! Very impressive to nail exposure on the eye.

Also the Finnish rapids, and that Friends shot which looks like something from a catalogue - amazing that it was a from-the-hip street shot.

What a stunning selection this week and, as brettania says, from an almost impossible number of initial selections as well. The PoTW is stunning - such a fabulous moment, pose and spot-on focus and exposure. The others push it close though - I was personally pleased to see those from marc74, JW, dilettante, 2green, borjomi (!) and Scratch to be in here; all personal favourites from the last week.

The standard just keeps getting better - and good to see the Northern hemisphere 'hitting back' this week!

Best regards to all and well done, Neil.

Wow, thanks everyone. Seeing how high the standards are on Dyxum, I never thought I'd achieve such an accolade! I'm truly humbled. What a great start to the day.

That POTW is just a crazy good shot. Very happy to see Zed's contribution here, too, such a lovely photo and I'm proud to say we were together and he shot his maybe 10min after I got my shot. Photo-meet-ups can be very fruitful!

punkskaphil POTW is absolutely enormous, love this eyes, a beautiful one. Glad to see that Brian33 hips shot is here, love it too. darosa Minolta is crazy, and so well done, and a "special" to 2green for his voluptuous shot a dream maker.

And very happy to be here to
