I bought a refurbished XP 960 from Epson in November 2019 and it has been replaced twice by Epson. I am now in the process of getting my 4th but I would prefer a solution. All three printers worked flawlessly for about two months and printed approximately 100 photos each on Red River metallic or matte paper. At this time each printer started increasing the paper which causes the printer to give a Paper Jam error. Hitting the cancel key ejects the creased photo paper with no tears or rips. As a side note, plain white paper continues to print just fine. I have never seen anything like this in 20 years of printing on other Epson and HP printers. Any suggestions would be welcome. I find very little if any help online.
