#2 is the winner in this set, the shallow dof giving it, well, some depth. As to your three versions of the window/reflection, I have a strong preference for the first because the vertical piece of the awning(?) adds a nice break to the uniform framing in the others and the bit of signage in the upper left adds a very nice supporting detail element for the eye to collect after seeing the main subject.
